Please Be Aware of the Our House Rules

Three main terms of your lease

  1. No overnight stays by visitors

  2. No smoking or open flames inside the residence

  3. All common areas must be kept clean and the individual cleaning responsibilities will be maintained regardless of time conflicts

 

Respect that others that live in the same space and keep it clean and safe

No loud music Shoes off in house Clean up after yourself No food/cooking in rooms

Clean up any water on the floors after a shower

 

Report any problems immediately   Shared cleaning responsibility - weekly

1.     Kitchen sink to be washed - Kitchen Floor to be swept and/or mopped

2.     Common area carpet to be vacuumed, Common area to be dusted  

3.     Bathtub, Sink and Toilet to be cleaned  

 

Most Cleaning materials are supplied and you are expected to contribute to a common fund to purchase cleaning supplies
